Disability:IN Wisconsin is the official state affiliate of Disability:IN, a leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Disability:IN and local Affiliates raise a collective voice of positive change for people with disabilities in business.


Think Ability Wisconsin

Disability:IN Wisconsin is proud to be a partner of Think Ability Wisconsin. Think Ability Wisconsin is a movement and a growing partnership network. Each of our partners enriches the movement through high expectations, education, employment, funding, the services they provide, and/or commitment to the mission of Think Ability.

Disability:IN Wisconsin & the Think Ability Wisconsin initiative are being supported by federal award number SLFRP0135 awarded to the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin via the Wisconsin Department of Administration by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.


Good Friend Inc.

Disability:IN Wisconsin and Good Friend Inc. a full training program featuring a film screening and e-learning modules, as well as breakout discussions and exercises. They take learners from awareness to action as they learn about neurodiversity, understand the benefits of a neurodiverse workplace, and learn what is needed to attract, hire, retain and support neurodivergent talent.

This training is designed to immerse learners in comprehensive content over a full day or two half-day training sessions. 5 video-based training modules, each 15-20 minutes of content, featuring the lived experiences of neurodivergent talent, commentary from subject matter experts, interactive and printable resources, knowledge check questions and printable certificate of completion.


DMI Beyond Compliance Task Force

Disability:IN Wisconsin is a proud member of Downtown Madison Inc.’s Beyond Compliance Subcommittee, a subcommittee under the DMI Inclusiveness Committee that identifies issues and the solutions and partnerships needed to address them. Its goal is to achieve a downtown Madison that is fully accessible and inclusive of all people with disabilities, regardless of age.
